This mchine with vertical double layer ring die structurer, ring die made of stainless steel or alloy steel, the inner ring die verticall installed on the biomass pellet mill, with 2 layers, one ring die can using 2 times, saving the running cost for the wood pellet mill.
This 90KW vertical ring die rice husk pellet machine have 2 pcs Big rollers rotary againsed the innerside of ring die inside, so big part ring die fixed on machine, only rollers rotary, make the wood pellet machine working more stable, roller shell after heat treatment, long lifetime.
